Text randomization (spintax) — randomly replacing one of the written text variants for sending. For example, you can use different greetings or synonyms in a message: this will reduce the likelihood of blocking, but will not change the essence of the message.
To increase engagement and personalization, you can pull any data from the table into the text: names, dates, services, etc.
Blacklist – a stop list for sending bulk messages. A list of phone numbers to which messages from all created distributions will not be sent.
