Support for all ALTEGIO notification types
The service replaces the SMS service and allows you to send messages and notifications to WhatsApp and Telegram from ALTEGIO.
The service supports all types of notifications available in ALTEGIO, except for mass sending due to the high risk of account blocking by WhatsApp.

WhatsApp automatic booking confirmation
When a record is confirmed or canceled, the status will be automatically updated in ALTEGIO, depending on the symbol sent. This will free up the administrator from routine tasks. Emoji can be used in message text.

Filtering reviews
No more unpleasant surprises! Links to the feedback collection platform will only be sent to satisfied customers.
For example, if the rating is 5 or 4, you can include a link to the feedback collection platform in the feedback request notification. For ratings of 3, 2, or 1, you can omit the link and use text only, leaving the conversation to the administrator.

Cascading messages can be performed in the following order:
Telegram - WhatsApp - SMS, WhatsApp - Telegram - SMS, WhatsApp - SMS, Telegram - SMS, WhatsApp - Telegram, Telegram - WhatsApp.
SMS messages are sent last. Messages are not duplicated in messengers.

Bulk messages
The service limits the number of messages from ALTEGIO that can be sent per minute to 25 to prevent your number from being blocked by WhatsApp. We cannot guarantee the correct delivery of messages sent using a third-party service, or the possibility of your number being blocked.
To create bulk messages, you can purchase the mailing module at a discount (€40 instead of €64,90) in your personal account and send mailings through it, or send 25 messages at a time from ALTEGIO → Customer Base.

When connecting additional numbers for branches, a discount of 5% is applied for each additional branch, starting from the second.
